About this website
This standalone website presents the Rietmeyer BYD campaign and can be viewed without signing in. For technical questions about the website, contact Noord at hello@noord.dev.
Preview mode and real enquiries
The form shows whether sending is available. In preview mode, names, contact details, notes, registrations, mileages and photos remain only in the open form’s memory. This content is not sent or saved in cookies or browser storage. Closing or reloading clears it. ‘Complete preview’ does not create a contact record, email, reservation or order.
For a real enquiry, you review your details and allow contact about that enquiry before clicking ‘Send request’. Rietmeyer receives the enquiry and any photos by email. Your name, email address, phone number, optional company name, car selection, enquiry type and any trade-in photos are also recorded privately in Godmode, Noord’s management system, for follow-up. Photos are accessible only to authorised administrators. Contacts, enquiries and photos are kept for up to 180 days. This does not grant marketing permission. Your browsing activity is not linked to this contact.
Technical information and preferences
To load pages and images, the hosting receives normal connection and security information, such as your IP address and the requested page. The website remembers your language, appearance and selected car colour and interior.
Optional usage analytics
Only after ‘Allow analytics’ do we send limited usage events to Godmode: the viewed page and language, colour and interior choices, enquiry buttons clicked, form steps, error categories and whether a preview was completed or a real enquiry processed. A preview flow can also be counted this way. We do not include form contents, contact details, registrations, photos, finance amounts or full URLs, and use no visitor ID to track visits.
Usage events are kept for up to 90 days. You can decline these analytics without affecting the website or your enquiry. Use ‘Privacy preferences’ at the bottom of any page to withdraw permission. New events stop being sent from that point; previously recorded events are not automatically deleted by withdrawing permission.
